Your 12-Week Success Roadmap

Four clear phases built on the Requirements Engineering Framework: Discovery and Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation, Validation and Requirements Management. Real project. Practical skills. Real outcomes.

1

Phase 1: Foundations

Understand what a BA really does, how businesses operate, and how to think like an analyst from day one. Covers the BA role in Agile and Waterfall, the SDLC, business domains, and the Requirements Engineering Framework.

2

Phase 2: Requirements and Analysis

Gather, document, and validate business requirements using structured elicitation techniques. Covers functional and non-functional requirements, requirements lifecycle management, and running effective stakeholder workshops.

3

Phase 3: Modelling and Tools

Create process maps, UML diagrams, use cases, data flow diagrams, and wireframes. Hands-on practice with Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Balsamiq. Covers playback sessions and validation techniques.

4

Phase 4: Capstone and Career

Apply everything in an end-to-end BA case study. Build your portfolio of BA artefacts, refine your CV, optimise your LinkedIn profile, and prepare for competency-based BA interviews.

Who is this for?

If any of these describe you, you are in the right place.
